As a Township with the distinct history of encompasing four (4) individual villages – Whitpain selected Simone Collins to bring creativity to its multiple municipal planning challenges. The SC plan respects the historically rich characters of the ‘villages’ by identifying the common “organizing elements,” that enable the Township to effectively address population growth while maintaining its community cohesion and economic vitality.
