Simone Collins was chosen by Upper Saucon Township – one of the fastest growing municipalities in the region, to prepare a comprehensive recreation and open-space plan as a ‘companion’ to its Township Comprehensive Plan. The SC plan creates a blueprint for open space and resource protection; describes options for greenway and trail development; and includes a methodology for operating and funding park facilities.
