Simone Collins was selected by Lehigh County to analyze the existing site uses, past conservation practices; micro-habitats, and user circulation systems – and, to identify threats and opportunities to improve the ecological sustainability of this historic and beloved game preserve. SC teamed with an ecological services partner to produce a resource management-based master plan. SC prepared a 10-year partnership funding strategy for the County to enlist conservation partners.
