Simone Collins was a part of a multi-disciplinary planning team that completed transportation and land use recommendations for the 30-mile corridor of Route 113. SC developed the land use recommendations and land development guidelines aimed at preserving the agrarian heritage while sensitively managing growth projected for the corridor.
