Simone Collins developed a campus master plan to update the former ‘honeymoon cottage’ resort into a modern public environmental learning center within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. SC designed site safety and accessibility improvements, adaptively retrofit a defunct pool as a stormwater BMP (best management practice), integrated new ADA parking with water quality filters and re-envisioned the visitor entry aesthetics.
