SC authored multiple grants to fund the vision study planning for the 60-mile long Delaware Canal State Park. SC led the public process to articulate multiple stakeholder concerns, including: water supply, water quality, flood protection, stormwater management, aquatic habitat, fishing, fire-fighting resources, potential hydropower, recreation amenities, public access, trail connections, aesthetics, community/economic development, agency management and supplemental funding opportunities for capital improvements and maintenance. SC continued service on three follow-up studies to the Vision Plan. Awards: Honor – PA/DE ASLA, and Communication Award – Preservation Pennsylvania.
