SC prepared an early master plan for this former millpond park. After Solebury Township decided to breach the historic dam and return the lake to a naturalized stream channel ecosystem, SC conducted a subsequent public visioning process. SC also developed and executed a successful, five-partner funding strategy that matched ecological, recreation, transportation, and community development grants. This successful regional trail segment project includes: restored streambanks, protected aquatic habitats, integrated green stormwater BMPs (best management practices) and improved universal accessibility within and outsite the park.
